Kakidoshi / Ground ivy （Labiales Glechoma）
Flowers after the stem is referred to as a "fence through" because it looks like it extends through a fence and becomes vine-like. This is the reason why it’s called Kakidoshi (fence though). Smells great when you rub the leaves and stems.
