Taraxacum hondoense Nakai （Asteraceae Taraxacum）
Normally it grows perennially in the central region of the main island (Honshu) to Hokkaido. The outside involucre piece is upright unlike Europe native dandelions. Dandelions native to Japan has narrowed, relegated to non-native dandelions distribution area especially in the big cities. It is said that there is a good natural environment where Taraxacum hondoense Nakai exists.
